Fair enough, apologies.

Shouldn't have said that you were an idiot, I meant to say that I thought it was an idiotic comment rather than you personally. :emoticon-0148-yes:

All good.

My original comment - if we'd have won, he'd have been lapping up the fans adulation. Those same fans he knows wants him out. He's a coward for not facing the music and thanking fans for their support. It's the least I would expect from the manager.

Even Puel had the decency to go to the Northam.

After a game like that and the season we’re having, there are going to be a few harsh words for the manager and players. Passions are running high and we have a clueless manager holding us back when we should be one of the most exciting teams of the Other 14.

Think it would be almost adding insult to injury to applaud the fans as they boo him and demand he is sacked. I get what you mean but I think he has done well for us and always been good to the fans - often sending the players over at away games.

It is a shame how it has ended but don't like to see fans lose all respect and attack him personally out of frustration.

Yep, he has done well and I'm sad it's come to this.

I still don't think a different manager will make much difference.
I don’t think the squad is good enough, but then the question has to be two things:

1. Could another manager get more from this group?

IMO, yes.

2. Are the group aligned and do they hold belief in the manager?

No.

So you have to cut Ralph away now (or after Liverpool) and give them a fresh voice. And then get to January.
