Everyone seems to have bizarrely forgotten Mara. I'm really excited about him.
Before yesterday I’d have been chuffed with just AMN and the two City lads.
If we get DCC on top of that it’s been an excellent end of window.

They have an arrangement with the Premier League to have 2 teams. One called Nottingham the other Forest. The best one stays up! Lol
I think what they are doing is a complete farce.

Just worked through the squad as it stands ... If the following movements today (some already confirmed) are done then we're a little light ...
Incomings - AMN, Edozie, Larios
Outgoings - Bednarek, Stephens, Simeu, Romeu, Valery
Squad count after the above = 24 (including Walcott & Redmond)
I'd put us down as needing at the very least 1 CB (to give us 4 overall) plus 1 other attacking player (depends on the predominant style Ralph wants to play). Ideally we'd want an extra CB (loan?, youngster?) plus an extra midfielder. Especially so if we let Walcott and Redmond go as well.

End of an era, really, this summer.
Whatever we all think of Romeu, Stephens & Bednarek (plus potentially Redmond) + Forster & Long earlier this summer, its saying goodbye to a lot of long-serving stalwarts this summer.

Purely in numerical terms, maybe - but if you take some of the u23 players we'd like to start to see involved in the squad and the ability for Djnepo, AMN, KWP, Aribo, Larios and others to play multiple roles I think we'll have a good sized squad and one where everyone will have a roll to play.
But clearly we need 4 CBs.

Edozie could yet be that player, mind. Just as highly rated (if not more so) as Lavia by Man City. Think he's a big signing.
Deffo the CBs - hopefully we'll get DCC over the line. The other are that could be an issue is CM. We've lost Lavia to injury which only leaves JWP, Diallo, Aribo and AMN available to play in the CM role. If we're playing 3 that's a little light.
I still think the window is a great one as it stands. SR are doing everything they said they would do
