Fwiw the last young employed exciting future potential manager we got was Jack Ross and he was ****. You can’t just appoint somebody young and hope.

Has anybody pointed out that Tony Mowbray, of all the names mentioned, is the only one to get promoted out of this division?

He’s potentially both a short term stabilising appointment and a long term progressing appointment. This idea that you have to be under 45 to manage nowadays is absurd.

He didn't resign they just let his contract run out.
If he is such a great manager why didn't Stoke want him??

Just a catching up and you might have been asked this already, but is there any reason he has been watching us all season?

Which part of the below is it that makes people think he’s worse than Grayson / Parkinson etc?

    from his Wikipedia bio…

At the start of 2008, Mowbray's young Albion team topped the table, receiving growing plaudits from the media[15] and supporters alike for their attractive brand of attacking one touch passing football, a reflection of Mowbray's staunch footballing philosophy.[citation needed]

Mowbray guided West Brom to the EFL Championship title, meaning promotion to the Premier League and reached the semi-final of the FA Cup.

This is starting to look like we were aware of AN and a potential Stoke move ,with Mowbray being at our games this season and seemingly cool reaction to the little **** jumping ship.

Speakman, KLD, Dodds, and Proctor here for the U21s. No Mowbray.

    Getting beat 3-0 too.
