This. He hasn’t been ‘given permission’, he’s on a rolling contract so can talk to whoever he wants.

We need to box this off and give him 3 years. He’s the right man at the right time and I will explode if we lose him to a lesser club.

 

If he is having talks then that’s enough for me to sack him
