I doubt we’ll sign Dervişoğlu this summer. Pelkas seems likely and a new right-back should see our business done in terms of new players.

 

I've stuck 'em on ignore, getting on my nerves they were.

 

Good for Oscar though.

 

I hope Christie isn’t the only incoming, we could do with the lad from Spurs too and the lad from Watford would also be good to add competition.

Cant see the logic of having 4 right backs in the squad when we've only got 4 centre halves. Christie is obviously coming in as a senior pro and i'd expect him to play.

 

Why do we need 4 RB's?

Just like we need Salah, Pelkas, Dervisoglu and Tufan to play the attacking midfielder role. We also need 4 right backs. Could do with another keeper too.

Salah and Pelkas are the only no 10's you've mentioned. Sinik is primarily a wide player, Dervisoglu is primarily a forward, Tufan is usually deep lying or box to box.

We seem to be trying to get 2 players in each position, with a 3rd keeper as additional security.

From what I've seen of Salah from the clips and what I've seen Arsenal fans write, he played on the right of a midfield 3 for Arsenal. Pelkas would be the only natural no 10 in the squad but with plenty of options to cover there.

Reading bits from Turkey, they reckon Pelkas will be a huge signing for us as he was one of the best in the Turkish League not so long ago. He just doesn't seem to suit Jesus' formation
