No problem with passing comments on rumours, transfers, who you want or who you don’t want etc but slagging off the owners (in this case) before the window is shut, to me, wasn’t merited. IMO It was not only premature but showed a total lack of understanding as to how transfers are worked both with the negotiating with the selling club and the persuading of the player that we are his best option.
That being said it’s a free world and I wouldn’t stop you from saying what you want but then again I should be able to say “I told you so”

The complaints that we weren't offering the right amount of money for our targets earlier in the window and failing to make progress with them is still absolutely valid. Because we are about to sign two players after we offered clearly the exact amount they had been asking for all along.
Everyone on this board is just absolutely obsessed with being right about everything 24/7 and arguing til they're dead about tiny pointless things.
It's nice that you're absolutely satisfied, and sometimes Roland gets on my nerves too. But his complaints were perfectly valid, we didn't sign the targets we were confirmed after earlier in the window because we weren't urgent enough and didn't offer the correct amounts.
Wilson being injured has caused a strategy shift that many on here have been wanting for WEEKS.
