Absolute chancers.

Left footed centre backs are in demand at the moment. And while Greaves value is still mainly based on potential he is racking up the games he is playing well in at a Championship level.

I think the extra investment in a contract will pay dividends in a year or two’s time where is value will go from £6-8 million to easily £10million+

I think he has a few errors to iron out of his game but a Premier League team won’t sniff at a £12-15million investment if he excels again this season.

Exactly why if I was him I'd be signing the new deal, staying at my home town club, earning much much more then I was in my last contract, containing to improve and make sure in the next couple of years I was either playing in the PREM with my home town club or getting a move to a PREM team....

*Edit.... That's all easy for a fan to say though

Boro really struggling with their business at present. Could spark a desperate bid incoming

That would be a fantastic fee, but I doubt we would get that. I still stick by what I said the other week.... I think anything £7/8m+ and a sell on % on top will really test us

I still think he'll stay though and sign a new deal
Be here until the January window then if this season goes tits up for us he will be sold to re coup the losses occurred so far. Just my opinion mind.

Barry said there was crowd trouble last weekend.

Barry is a know nowt cunny.
Took him until Thursday to mention it. On the back of Hull Live slobbering all over the 'roaring success' that was Ladies Day at Beverley, with police all over the town centre and pissed up race goers staggering all over the place, and laughingly according to Hull Live 'spewing up in the street'. Plus the latest headline of 'Plastic Ken', recently released from Hull Prison, 'local celebrity' according to Hull Live, breaking his arm after attempting to ride on a cow on the Westwood and ruining his '£1,000 suit'. FFS. Should have been his neck.
Did Baz see this 'crowd trouble' himself or is he just repeating what some know nowt has overheard ?

Humberside police view anti social behaviour at football matches differently to elsewhere. At football they like to exaggerate it to enable them to extort more money off City. Elsewhere they downplay it to cover their failure to control it.

I think it’s more about how much the agent gets than the player.
