Ok, it was poor. I can't think of many positives but I thought Robson did well and looks like a good prospect. I certainly wouldn't blame him for the goals or the result.

"I expect more from the boys," Shota told Hull Live. "You can say great touch from the striker for the first one, he wasn't really free, it was a hard cross. You should not forget the striker who scored a good goal."

"I think so, you could already see this and they know this, I've mentioned it. That's cost us.

"That’s what we expected. Tough, hard, it wasn’t easy. I expected it. We’ve been telling the players this," he said. "We have to give them credit and congratulate them, they worked hard for this win.

"We stopped. We scored a goal and stopped. They had five corners in the first half, it gives them time. It’s hard for me to accept. We take it too easy which is very very sad and for the club.

"It happens all the time in cup games. If we took lessons it would not happen in cup games. It makes it exciting. We will talk about it, say goodbye to this competition."

Having slept on it, what an excellent result this has turned out to be. The Mickey Mouse cup is way below us. Let’s focus on our goal of finishing mid table.

And let’s all laugh at Bradford. Idiots. <laugh>
I’m hopeful we can Get out of the FA Cup at the first attempt too bob. We’ve got the system to do it, fingers crossed it goes to plan.

That Wilks is a baller............ache.

On the positive side I've got Bratford in my league champions acca.. Turning over the tigs might spur them on. Every cloud eh?
Plus we 'might' see a performance from City on satdee. Notice the stressed might.

Plainly and simply..the Caravan Cup isn't what it used to be!
Barrow bt Blackpool
Fleetwood bt Wigan
Morecambe bt Stoke
Ports bt Cardiff
Charlton bt DQPR
Newport bt Luton
Oxford bt Swansea
Stevenage bt Reading

Well done City...out at the 1st opportunity.

First and foremost we have been here before in my 60 years supporting City, we lose to lower-ranked teams with regularity. Why? Well players just don't look arsed, they seem to mentally think this is a lower-level team we can turn up and walk over them, but time and time again it doesn't happen like that. Credit to Bradford who clearly could be arsed and did a job on us.

Having said all that, clearly we are very thin on the ground as far as quality is concerned. Wilk's tried hard, but his touch is awful and always has been. Cannon was probably the pick of the players on the night over 90 minutes, but he also is not good enough at Championship level. Covil is out of his depth at present and needs to spend time in the U21's. McLoughlin is an okay back up, but Jones/Figgy/Greaves are our best 3 centre backs.

Tufan looks quality though, and he is certainly proving doubters wrong, long may he continue to improve. I didn't think I would be saying this, but we need Docherty to be fit, as at least he brings some urgency to proceedings.

We desperately need to get injured players back and 3 or 4 new additions to bolster the ranks. We are a team in transition, these sorts of games are going to happen, so let's not get too hung up about it.

It was obviously a disappointing performance last night, but not as disappointing as some of the so called fans at the end of the game. There was a load of lads screaming abuse at the young players who came over to applaud the fans, how the **** do they think that's going to help?
Totally agree, disgraceful!

While I wouldn’t do it
Why shouldn’t they let them know this isn’t good enough for hull city?
Were they running through brick walls ? Desperate to claw a goal back?
Nope

It was good enough for little old Hull. We got a point against Preston y’know, that should keep us happy until Christmas.

A useless cup of which Liverpool and Manchester City are the two teams who have won it the most. 88,000 at the last final. Hope we never have to play in such a useless cup final. The other team would be happy to play us as they could have our unsold tickets.
