As it gets closer to the October and probably moreso after the price cap rise more and more will consider joining the Don't Pay campaign. Many probably won't have much of a choice anyway as they won't be able to make the payments.

If true, there's something to be said for power in numbers. Millions cannot be ignored when it comes to ££££s in the pocket of these energy companies and that's all they seem to care about.

What's concerning is there seems to be little or no long term planning to tackle the hardship that's inevitably going to hit millions of households after October.

This is the route I've decided I'm going to take. I'm going to write to my energy supplier and tell them what I'm doing and that it is part of a wider protest. I am going to raise a complaint with them about the price of my bill and tell them that it is disproportionate to the amount of energy that I actually use. I know what their response will be, but I'll stick it out and see what happens. I might end up having to pay it in the end, but I feel that the more people get on board the bigger the impact will be

You'll have those who will mock this, and say it won't achieve anything, but history is littered with people like this who are happy to reap the benefits of other's putting their necks on the block, but aren't willing to do anything about it themselves.

I don't follow your logic tbh.

1. There were lots of cases of professional and amateur sports people collapsing, dying or being diagnosed with heart problems pre covid.

An ex West Ham player died, an ex Newcastle player died and fabrice Muwamba collapsed at spurs are just 3 examples of players from the Premier league.

2. Fifa released a report in 2020 (which was commissioned and written before covid vaccinations) which talked about the 50 plus cases of players who died during or just after playing a game during the years 2014-2018.

3. There has been concern regarding the sudden death of athletes (from non injuries) for decades and recorded deaths affect most sports.

Most sports authorities have been looking at developing screening procedures in order to test people to see who could be at risk.

It feels like you are trying to make this fit into your view on the vaccines.

I am simply pointing at evidence that shows that these unexpected deaths of sports men and women have been occurring for a long time.
You've said that "aguero and thousands of others" show its a problem caused by vaccinations.

You offered no evidence that Aguero was an issue caused by his vaccination and who are the "thousands" of other sports people affected.

You said no to Eriksen when I asked if you meant him...why?
I asked cos I was genuinely interested if there was any evidence that his vaccination negatively effected him.
