You know when you have a dicky tummy and you're in there for ages and it feels like you've done at least 5 normal numbers 2s....Well that's a number 10.
I think it's something to do with the type of haircut you get when you go to the barbers but I could be wrong.
That’s a poor move tbh. Level 7 on the pyramid. He was at Scunny in League 2 last season. I would’ve thought a loan move to Grimsby alongside Smith would’ve been good.
You sure he didn't mean he's playing them today? The 23s are playing Brid Town and he's starting. He's way above that level
Thats what texting does for you... I said is he in the squad today, 'no he's gone to Bridlington'... I said Town..?... he said yes... Apologies.. Plank... me that is,,.
I saw a lot of posts about Halil Dervisoglu in previous pages, so I will give my input, since he played in Turkey last years, I literally watched his all games. He is mainly a second striker, not a traditional number 10, he can also play as winger but productivity reduced there. Galatasaray tried to use him as sole striker, which is really failed, but when he started to play behind a strong no.9, he was extremely effective. World class first touch, very unpredictable for defenders, good dribbler, good at running to the box and channels, average passing and vision, needs to work on finishing desperately also needs to add some muscles for physical play, currently defenders can smother him with their strength. Overall, I believe his level close to a star player for Championship, especially if he can hit the ball to the net, that's the weakest side of his game.
Waggy played in both numbers, as did Ken Houghton. In those days you didn't necessarily wear the same shirt each week.
