I have just got my first membership, I last had a pass in 2015. I went into the club shop to do it, and the girl behind the counter had to talk me through doing it on my phone while I was there. It got so complicated she had to phone a senior colleague to clarify some points, and it took over twenty minutes. Not as straightforward as I expected.

12,000 passed now.
Given the club have just tweeted 11,000 plus can I just point out the perosn who told me 12,000 this morning would need to know a pretty accurate figure to be able do their job so either they were mistaken or the club admin are a bit conservative with the figure.

I don't want people calling me Vern!!

I see HCAFC's idea of customer service hasn't changed or improved.
This afternoon I went to the clubshop to enquire about buying a membership. One person behind the counter, who was on her own, didn't appear to be interested or willing to help. Nor could she bring up the stadium seating plan to see what seats are avaiable. Therefore a wasted journey. If I get the same reception the next time, I for one shall not be bothering.
