I have just got my first membership, I last had a pass in 2015. I went into the club shop to do it, and the girl behind the counter had to talk me through doing it on my phone while I was there. It got so complicated she had to phone a senior colleague to clarify some points, and it took over twenty minutes. Not as straightforward as I expected.
Hello, sounds like I've had a similar experience to you, today.

She's wrong, just ring them and they'll sort it, they're normally very good.

The ticket office is next door to the shop and I've no idea if it was open today, but it reopened years ago and is normally open...

The ticket office was closed when I got there just after 3.00 on Monday. I went into the club shop to sort my membership as I wanted to make sure I could get a seat in the area I wanted, there was one girl behind the counter and she was very helpful but I still had to do it all online. The “basket” price came out at £31.71 instead of £35.00 and she couldn’t understand why. I suggested it was due to it not being a full month and she said that wasn’t the case, but she phoned a colleague to ask and they confirmed that was the reason.

There was two serving in the shop when I got my Daughters, I had to pay in full because they don't have what's needed in the shop to set up Direct Debits. All done in five minutes.

I have heard a few people having difficulties getting memberships in full, in the club shop , seems staff haven’t been trained enough and we’re struggling to cope at times

I needed two tickets for Peterborough for my brother who lives down that way, and the bleedin' ticket office was shut today!

Is that around club expectations or is there a way to go yet?

Honestly no idea. I personally think it's still a little low. But the kind of "fans" we seem to have will start to flow back in if we are challenging at the top.

I think the club have shown their ambitions and love for the club already and now our fans should do the same

Couple of good wins/decent start should add another 2k or so
