7,000 empty seats in a75, 000 capacity stadium.

What a fail :emoticon-0114-dull:

No. Just shows the exaggeration that was going On. The interesting thing is how many would have been there without the cheap tickets and the prices were the same as for a men’s game Th.ey get paid the same as the men for playing for England so why aren’t the prices the same? Of course the ideal would be reducing prices for men’s internationals to the lower prices of the women’s.

I can't watch it the standards absolutely shocking and the coverage of it should be on different pages to mens football, on the bbc and sky sports its on the front page and sometimes there's a signing that they report as being a major coup or whatever and turns out its womens football... just put it on a different section.

The goalkeepers are the worst part for me, they seem to dive completely out the way of where the shot is going.

It's good that its getting more popular and women/girls should be able to play football at a competitive level but doesn't mean it should be rammed down peoples throats.

There's absolutely no need to abuse any of them but just look at the below, that's how poor the standard is.

This is the team who is usually in the world cup finals...

I knew a bloke who was adamant that pubs should have separate rooms for men and women.

I **** you not.

Bull. They announced it was a sell out and 75,000 tickets had been sold.

They announced it was sold out, rather than having sold 75,000 tickets, as all tickets available to buy were sold. It's a European Championship game, so a lot of the tickets go to sponsors etc, nothing they can do about them not turning up (it happens at Wembley for Men's games as well).
