Youre old bro so you can only see black and white, a relic of 60s football when men were men and all that ****. Times and football have moved on mate. So have defenders... Those ones who can only defend play for midtable mediocrity (you) or relegation fodder like Everton

 

Mate there are actual wing backs out there who can do the full job, Walker, James, Spence etc.
Edit......i missed off Cucurella who is far better than Arnold at defending and attacking (missed him because he plays on the left).

We had a brilliant winger called Kanchelskis who was far better than Arnold at defending and lost him as a winger, that was nearly 30 years ago
Giggs and Beckham could defend (and often did) better than Arnold

Just showing you that Arnold is nothing new mate, 30 years ago there were wingers who could defend better than him and still do their own job

 

If you lot had any clue about defending mate you'd not be the ****ing laughing stock of English football right now so cheers for the advice but my club with its record breaking fullback/s (both of them) evidently knows a lot more about these things than you or yours

 

Would never call/insult Robertson, proper player imo.
I want a player who can do his job plus, not a player who is quite good at plus but **** at his job.
There is a reason Arnold doesn't get in the England squad, he can't do his job. Players like James and Walker can and also have a decent bit of plus.
