I seriously think your lot may be in for a nasty surprise this year. Have you actually watched much of Nunez?
I agree
Can’t wait for new season to start but I am pretty pessimistic about our chances :(
Spurs Chelsea City and Utd (any of the three)top four for me

Blimey... I'm so popular it quite brings a tear to my eye <smooch> ...

Anyway, as for the latest on Youri the tiler ... seems that both North London clubs (the one that's in the CL and the one that's not) Manchester's other club, Juventus (apparently wanting to throw in Moise Keane as part of the deal) West Ham .... oh and some regular bottom half finishing Prem club, are all interested in the lad ... all looks good for a bidding war I'd say ... think we'd take around £35 million ... but please don't stop there if you really want him <cheers>

Where would you prefer he went to Flossy ? Obviously it won't be Arsenal as you've said repeatedly that won't happen. But if you had a choice, and given that you'll have to accept vastly less than the £60m+ you thought you'd get for him, would you prefer he went to one of your midtable rivals, or to one of the top 4 challengers ?

If he leaves I don't much care, Ponky... he's a very good player but not irreplaceable... he was one of the few constants in an otherwise injury ravaged season last time around but wasn't always at his best ... whereas Maddison excelled, despite the difficulties ... indeed, Youri has been a bit inconsistent throughout his career, hence us being able to get him on loan in the first place ...

Whilst the 60 million is another figment of your imagination (given the reality of his contract situation) ... the amount of interest being reported might tempt us to take the highest bid in a yard sale ... although we might also prefer the one year extension... I'm OK with either ...

Surely Leicester have signed a player by now?

My dear Chaos ... we will do our business as we always do, measured, prudently and in our own style ...

We don't have the money (nor the attraction of CL) to mount the extravagant, yet also rather impressive, transfer programme that Spurs, for instance, have embarked upon ...

... but neither will we embark on a transfer Poundland trolley dash ...

...that way lies madness, disappointment ... and a lowe half table finish ...

... finally, our squad requires some pruning and freshenening up, admittedly... but barring a horredous run of injuries, this same group of players would have finished in the top 4 twice in the last 3 seasons and higher than 8th last ... we don't have the same needs as a team trying to transform itself from being annual relegation candidates ...

You are most welcome <cheers>

The £60m is your valuation Flossy. In fact you said you might have to lower your asking price to £60m, so evidently you thought he was worth more.

Quite a fee for an inconsistent and replaceable player <laugh>

Whoosh.... might just have been tongue-in-cheek, Ponks <doh>

One FA Cup winning goal assist alone is worth that in today's game, Chaos ... what has £40 million on Joelinton helped you win? ... the very nearly finished above half-way consolation shield? <laugh>

It must have been Flos because prior to that you said he was worth £120m <laugh>

I wonder how much he’ll eventually go for with that ever decreasing valuation of yours ?

Good mate.. Let's both form an anti big 6 alliance.

We'll both have better facilities soon

Mate ... you must have been hibernating for years, much like Ponky ... we've been flying the anti-Big 6 flag since 2015/16 ... indeed, we got them so rattled they even attempted leaving to form a new league where we wouldn't be able to gatecrash their members (most appropriate) cartel ... <cheers>

You should consider renting out that vast space between your ears, Ponks ... little wonder that Haggy constantly used it for performing hand brake turns in his Juggernaut <laugh>
