Apparently a property developer has bought Pride Park and 'hopes' to put a bid in for the club.

First place I seen us win away was pride park, always had a little soft spot for them, probably because they beat our 15 points record, be a shame to see anyone go under hope they manage to get a resolution soon
One of very few decent games in our last championship season…My best mate is a Derby fan, I was sat in the home end when we beat them 4-1 at their ground.![]()

Just been at a football do in Derby. Seems like this property developer called Clowes is quite far down the process. Someone even said it will be done in principle next week. I hope they are right. Club deserves a future, and if the city doesnt have a league club it will be a proper kick in the balls. Might be a long road back from league 1 though.Apparently a property developer has bought Pride Park and 'hopes' to put a bid in for the club.

Incredible gesture!
