    I'd offer a new contract to Summerville. A massively improved one, and then loan him out for this season.

    I really rate the kid. He could turn in to something special.

    One thing I liked was he takes responsibility for some losses rather than blaming the players Lampard- style, even if not at the Bielsa level that’s a good sign

    Playing devils advocate here but he was the only manager who was properly backed. Remember Warnock for example could only afford el hadj jiouf
