I'm 100% we are an independent nation and should be capable of self determination but would just make a point the ECHR is notihng at all to do with the dreadful EU, it was created in 1950 as an independent functioning lawful body and all members should obey its decisions..

We signed up to the ECHR 7 years before the Treaty Of Rome and well before we joined the single European Market which came later again.
There is no link between the EU and the ECHR, but we need to get our signature off it (ECHR) asap and stop this charade of being told who we can and can't deport by judges in Strasbourg. Ridiculous situation.
The ECHR will not release the name of the judge that stopped the Rwanda flight. What are they scared of? Was the person even a proper judge? We need to know.
