RWANDA .... The Rwanda bishop speaks out against the old colonial bishops stance and the time to change is now. He is an ex refugee that has come back and now leads the Anglican Rwanda church. He knows at first hand the experience of the immigrants who were displaced and welcomes all people to Rwanda [ a very changed place ]

The do gooders who only see their side of the coin out for a bit anti bracelet wearing ... ankle type! When a person is found not to welcome in this country, for whatever reason, and when criminals are allowed to serve their sentences out on parole with "rules" ... they get to wear a bracelet to indicate where they are. the reason being they have to report to certain establishments to ascertain their conditions. ... like how they are in the community / immigration status is progressing. THEY the do gooders find it terrible for such people to have them!!! OK SO DONT GIVE THEM ONE ... but bear in mind they are already likely candidates for deportation, the consequences are .. they abscond and join the black market economy, they get bracelet, cut it off and abscond ... so they have no chance at staying? ... keep it on and report daily and likely may get deported but outside chance to stay?
do gooders would rather theywere allowed to melt into the community / black market ... full stop.

Rwanda has a lot going for it, a growing democratic country with a growing economy. There are worst places to go ... and from where they come from those countries will also be [ hopefully ] learning from their errors and aggressions.

And importantly, those deported to Rwanda will have the right to work
I’d like to think the French might be more helpful now that Macron has been undermined politically, but I can’t see their left or right helping any more than they currently do

    I totally agree.

But then their human rights will probably be undermined if they are asked to contribute to the country they are so desperate to come to !

I agree too, if they refuse we should put them in camps and beat them until they agree ;)
