and by the way, our stratified sample of Hull City fans poll currently shows almost 62% of travelling fans prefer to stand, so I suggest that the noisey minority put up and shut up!!!
So what would you actually do?
Please be realistic. I posted that I sometimes stand and sometimes sit. I am as selfish as the man stood up in front of me and the one in front of him et al. So just what would you do?
You wouldnt have to do anything if I was the only one stood up, because I would be sitting like the rest of the crowd.
do all you tall people stand at the k.c. ?
The atmosphere has nothing to do with whether you are standing or sat. I sit at all matches but will leap off my seat with the best of them when City score or a bad refereeing decision. That is atmosphere.
Why have people started to sit down at away games? It completely ****s up the atmosphere. Also they moan at people standing up. Saying they cant see and they pay to sit down. It really angers me as I believe u should always stand up at away games. To all them people that sit down, explain why?
If I was sat in my seat with my 9 year old next to me and the people in front were standing up, stopping him from seeing, I would see if there were any seats nearby that were not a problem and if there were I would move. If as is usually the case no such seats were available, I would ask the people in front to sit down as my son couldn't see. If that was still not enough I would ask a steward to handle the situation. If I got any lip from anyone I would deal with the matter myself.
It's not rocket science, it's just a question of people not being selfish.

. This!!The atmosphere at football matches is better when people stand, I don't think anyone can question that, other than those who've never been to a football match.
That doesn't mean that everyone at a game should stand, people should be free to sit or stand, it really shouldn't be that hard to sort.
just like at the games it is usually them who cause the trouble, dont think ive ever politely been asked to sit, its always some grumpy bar steward barking orders to sit down,....so it may sound childish, but they did start it i dont think its usually as much of a problem because theres usually loads of room, and people can easily move as you did yesterday mussie...i normally would have done the same, but on looking round i couldnt see a lot of spare room, and was probably just a bit lazy in the end, ...i arent really that arsed either way in all fairness, just the attitude of a few on this thread did my head in a bit, so stuck my colours to the always stand mast ,just like at the games it is usually them who cause the trouble, dont think ive ever politely been asked to sit, its always some grumpy bar steward barking orders to sit down,....so it may sound childish, but they did start it

love the ive paid for a seat argument, theres no fookin choice but to pay for a seat, its not like the others have paid for a terrace and wandered into the wrong part of the ground!!![]()
I have absolutely no objection to people behind me standing, ****ing or doing anything else because I generally go to watch the football. I do have an objection to some ignorant ****wit standing up in front of me, because I do not go to spend 90+ minutes looking at some inconsiderate idiot's arsehole. If people sit down usually everybody has a decent view. If people stand up the whole time lots of people do not get a good view. It's quite simple, really, and the fact that some brainless morons here don't get it simply illustrates why Hull's near the bottom of the education league.
Personally, I'd like to spend the match standing in the technical area whispering good advice into NP's ear. I've paid, so I have a right to stand where I ****ing like - that seems to be the argument. Bollox.
Do these people who cannot sit to watch football, also stand to watch MOTD.
I have taken youngsters to a match and had to explain to them why they have wasted their time trying to see through "adults" standing in front of them. Then standing myself and relaying what was happening. They never came again.
Apparently reading the above it's the fans in seats who are selfish, twisted logic.
