Yeh tbf the ppl who put up the flags were israelis. And once the authorities took down the palestinian one, that organisation took down the isaeli one as well.

What's worse is the fact their paliament has voted to ban palestinian flags. Loads of folk were outraged by it saying 'why are you allowing this racist a mouthpiece at one of the most respected institutions in England'. But I agree with free speech. Let people have their say and then deconstruct / criticise / analyse.

Once you censor something, it just denies people the opportunity to debate it. Fair enough, chuck it out as load of bollocks if need be. But people need to be able to make those decisions for themselves. Not have that decided for them by the state.
