So do I, but this isn’t about Hull FC, it’s about a great Hullensian who was a superb sportsman and a credit to the sport he graced, to local sport generally and to the city of Hull.

I think it's shameful to be honest. Didn't realise there was a Leeds one but saw the Liverpool one being advertised by the Hull City OSC bizarrely. I'd rather see such an event run out of town.

The Johnny Whitely stand is a great idea, personally think he deserves more recognition in the city because of what he contributed to both rugby clubs.
