The one in our house who is the most “sick” at the moment is Twin 2, who was confirmed on Monday, has now had 2 negative LFT results but still has a raging fever and feels generally pissed off in himself……he is also the only one who hasn’t been vaccinated, due to being **** scared of needles. Hopefully this might persuade him

When did you have symptoms Nige ?

NB Just seen I think it was Thursday just gone you said ? If so then with todays negative and if you get a negative tmrw then you can release yourself.
Don’t forget to put your negative results onto the government website as you can then use that if you need a pass or to show you are eligible to get out if asked (a very long shot i know). That’s where I screwed up

Tested positive yesterday evening and have flu symptoms fever, sore throat, cold. Probably caught it off the students I teach as a couple tested positive last week and had to leave the building. By the way, I have been boostered up as well. :emoticon-0119-puke:

A US hospital has rejected a patient for a heart transplant at least in part because he is not vaccinated against Covid-19.

DJ Ferguson, 31, is in dire need of a new heart, but Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston took him off their list, said his father, David.

He said the Covid vaccine goes against his son's "basic principles, he doesn't believe in it".

The hospital said it was following policy.
 
New variant of omicron on the rise, already 45% of all new cases in Denmark this new version….over 400 cases here ……and people who have had omicron already are getting it. So far thought to be mild, but early days…..
