I didn't think he was very good when he came the stadium
He isn't a replacement for Ross
Just backup, not a replacement. Hopefully we do have other strikers in our sights as well as Defoe. I still think O'Brien will be away as well

Hes having a good season, of that theres no doubt. But for Morecambe hes the focal point and its all set up purely to create for him, similar to when we had Wyke. Also, hes coming up 28 and only really started finding the net in the last season and a half. It has all the hallmarks of signing a player who is having the season of his career, while the fee will be the highest it'll ever be for him and them coming to play in a side where its not all just set up to create chances for him.

I don't believe for a second Satori stood there and told a total stranger the ins and outs of anything to do with the Defoe situation.

Agreed. I've seen him a few times and I think hes the best forward in the league. I'd say this lad is worth 7 figures as he'd be able to do a job in the championship. Much better option than Defoe.
Links don’t necessarily mean much but we’ve been linked with Kelly, Ladapo, Marquis, Jebbison, Archer and Stockton in the last few weeks off the top of my head. It seems fairly obvious we’re looking around.
