Also depends on number of appearances (and what league these are in). Turkish Super League rates quite high (I.e. good number of quota points)

They look like two top forwards to be coming in.

Pesic gets a work permit no problem under the new FA rules. Phil Buckingham posted them via a reply earlier today.

Basically anybody playing regularly in the Turkish League will get one
