Arsenal have been down to 10 men since the 24th min, we are currently on 84 mins and Liverpool have yet to get a shot on target……then again Arsenal have had only had 1.
Dull.
Yes but like you say, down to 10 men since 24th minute. Arsenal have executed their game plan since then very well. Been very, very solid.

Fortunately for Liverpool they are playing the defensive masters that are Brentford at the weekend. That said to take advantage of their dodgy keeper they actually need to shoot …

Second leg of this and away to palace could be interesting

It doesn’t make sense to me on paper though. Firmino used to be a key starter until he was played out of the team by Jota. And both of them are playing. It should have been enough against 10 men …

And how does Minamino start over oxlade ?

Just watching a little bit of Copa del Rey. Elche (small town near Alicante airport) entertaining the mighty Real Madrid for a place in the Quarter Finals.
10 minutes to go and currently 0-0.
If I were able to relocate to Spain, Elche would be my local La Liga club, just a 30 minute drive. Would be tempted to get a season ticket.

Haven’t seen much of the game, but just realised that Carillo is playing for Elche.

RM down to 10 men. Marcelo straight red for denying goal scoring chance.
Tight call as another defender was very close.
ELCHE 1-0 in 104th minute.
I think VAR, over here, would have overruled the ref as I’m not even sure a foul was committed.
The goal came from the ball hitting the RM wall and the follow up shot being deflected past the keeper.
