What the Premier League rules state

Rule U.23. in the Premier League Handbook states: “Subject to the provisions of Rule V.1, the deadline for receipt by the Board of all duly completed documents required by these Rules to effect the registration of a Player shall be 12 noon on the last Working Day before the date of the first League Match in which the Club making the application intends him to play, save that the international transfer certificate and evidence of eligibility to take up employment in the United Kingdom (in both cases if applicable) may be provided thereafter (but must be provided before the Player is eligible to play for a Club in a League Match)."

Actually Gazette say its our fixture too - SSN still saying ****ing Thursday - I'm having a ****ter on this like <laugh><laugh><laugh>

The key bit here is

"shall be 12 noon on the last Working Day before the date of the first League Match in which the Club making the application intends him to play"

The club making the application is Newcastle Utd we intend to have player availability for Watford game on Sat afternoon therefore based on above its 12 noon on Fri

I mean I don’t know why we would need him but we could try everything to avoid relegation.

We should also try and buy JWP from Southampton. Not because we want him but because it would destroy wor Hasenhuttl!
 
CM is a clear problem - but it's Thursday 13th, almost halfway through this window, and we're still going to have Ritchie at left back. I mean, what the actual ****?

Sounds good, however I suspect JWP would catch Rona whilst back on loan with the poundland Klopp for our re-arranged fixture :emoticon-0140-rofl:
