No news organisation was embedded into either of the teams. The one that crossed the line was MSNBC who tailed the jury bus.
The narrative from especially MSNBC but also CNN was disgusting. Not only rushing to judgement but also, since the verdict, they have painted it as a miscarriage which is why those who only get their news from those sites have such a twisted view.
The protests had a racial slant for some reason. This was a white kid who shot 3 white men during a protest. What the protest was about was irrelevant so why are BLM aggravated.
I've heard the ridiculous argument that it's racial because a black man who did the same thing would have been convicted. That's nonsense.
I wasn't there and so I can only read what is published several sources in the UK and USA are basically saying this

https://abcnews.go.com/US/wireStory/fox-pay-rittenhouse-film-interview-81303269

there was a black involved, a guy on a photograph kicking Kyle on the back on the head while he was in a sitting Positionen the ground. The prosecution said they couldn't find him, but that was a lie, they identified him but he was an habitual criminal with a long list of felonies, the didn't use him as a witness as everyone involved had felony convictions, That fact alone i find disgusting.

they also failed to give the defence the Overhead drone footage in 11 mb, which clearly showed them chasing Kyle for no reason other than extinguishing the burning dumpster, and only supplied a grainy copy in 3mb so the prosecution could argue a differing story than the one that actually happened.

Maybe BLM were involved because of the shooting that caused the riots/ demonstration, Jacob Blake?

Or maybe it was another opportunity for protests?
I didn't know that a Fox team was filming a documentary. It seems at the request of the family to raise funds for his defence.
It's interesting to read the last section:

"Richards also told journalist Ashleigh Banfield in a separate interview that while he's “not a big Fox guy,” he also had harsh words for some coverage he saw on CNN and MSNBC.

“It makes me angry that they can't take the time to at least get the generic, basic facts correct, because it didn't fit into the story they wanted to tell,” he said."

That is very true and has slanted the public perception of the case.

Also they didn't put the Car Source owners on the stand who had said that they didn't ask anyone to guard their property. That's because they were lying. Grosskruetz also lied about dropping the gun. They either lied or the Asst DA was unaware of the gun laws in Wisconsin, which would be unusual except that he was also unaware that a suspect has the right to silence which will not be held against you. It was a disgusting display.

What is completely dismissed is that this kid testified even though he had a 5th Amendment right not to. He offered himself to be cross examined which, for an 18 year old kid against a skilled prosecutor, could have been a huge mistake.

Southampton Politics board are very unhappy about this thread.
I was led there by an abusive, anti Leeds "joke" posted by Archers Road.
They've screenshot a couple of the posts and then it kicks off.
Probably explains part of the reason why we’ve had an influx from outside posting on here. Like I said in an earlier post, the racist comments and racist language has to stop or this thread will simply be closed down and posters will be banned by the supermods.

Think of it logically, the scenario could be that brb gets a dozen complaints about the content, he doesn’t feel our own mods are doing enough in policing this thread, he has better things to be doing so he just bans 1 or 2 people and shuts the thread down.

This woman is incredibly antagonistic and condescending. No matter the message who, in their right mind, thought that she would be a good spokesperson?
She's on benefits because, apparently, she's disabled so we're all paying for her to glue herself to the M25.

I read something incredibly perceptive today. It was from, believe it or not, Aljazeera about MSM.

The author says that instead of covering real stories and reporting facts corporate media has been trafficking in outrage through punditry.
In his recent book, How America Lost It's Mind, Thomas Patterson, Professor of Government and the Press at Harvard University analyses how cable networks have helped deepen American social and political tribalism.
Take any of the questions polarising the country, from health care to climate change, these important issues are generally covered in a way that angers and divides and not in a way that informs and explains.

This is so true.
