Bring Nuno in now!!! For where we are, he'd be perfect. With the right backing I'm convinced he'd do a great job for us

This is bang on - the happy clapper will shoot you down, mind!

Nuno was never right for Spurs. I hope if we get him people realise that's better than our level by some distance, a massive step up on Bruce and remember what he did at everywhere except Spurs!

Straight in at 12/1.
He's a step up from every manager we've had since Bobby Robson! Sadly I saw a poll in the Chronicle and 55% were against his appointment. I'm hoping these are Mackems and the clinically insane.....

I wouldn't complain tbh, did a very good job at Wolves, a **** time at Spurs doesn't mean he'll never be good again.

You just have to look at Moyes from his time at Man Utd to now as a perfect example.

My preference would be Fonseca or Favre but if neither of those two are coming and it was a straight toss up between Martinez and Nuno i'd take Nuno in a heartbeat !!

OP needs to scratch that first name off the poll

crazy behaviour to have him in there in first place tbh

I'd happily take Nuno. Seems like a good guy and I think he might be able to help us quickly in the short term. What I don't want to hear from any incoming manager is "time" or "patience" etc etc. They will of course need that, but a new manager needs to come in, take the bull by the horns, and drag us out of the mire by any means necessary. He needs to be positive and bring some energy to the place. The fans tried again on Saturday but they had nothing to work with. In fairness Chelsea under Tuchel look fantastic and will be a threat this season to Liverpool and Man City. Loads of quality but incredibly well drilled too. The key is for us to be still in touch by January. Any getting cut adrift with Norwich and I think its going to be a big challenge this year. Loads of people talking about January and transfers at the match. I think its foolhardy because the 6 or 7 games between now and then will decide our season.

Think we have 11 games between now and the 2nd of Jan(playing that day).

Money is no issue. Nuno is in dire need of a break from football, his last few months at Wolves weren’t great and the football played at Spurs was woeful.

Emery is a great mid to long term appointment if it goes well.

So nearly a third of the season and everyone seemed to be worrying about January and transfers <doh> Our season could be done by then if we don't sort ourselves out.
Yeah exactly,I previously stated a couple of weeks ago we had 14 games till any new players could come in,1 pt from 3 so far,not looking good!
