Yep, this is what is supposed to happen. You sound it out, get a good idea, make the call. We ****ed around to give Bruce his 1000th game ('cos that was well deserved, not like he's left us in the ****), then since then have done....well, **** all. But be patient - it's important we get it right, so that when we go into the Championship we've got the right guy in charge.
