People who won’t eat liver, but will have a sausage:chicken nugget etc. Strange to me.

but I won’t eat kidney.

Not really, as those things don’t taste of liver. I wouldn’t eat a pigs bollock served pan fried either like.

why, you tried them? I haven’t, so can’t comment on taste/texture.

I don't eat liver, kidney, heart or ***gots. In regards to chicken nuggets being mentioned, I generally check the ingredients, to see if it's that reformed stuff or like with ham, does it contain water. I will tend to buy varieties of bacon and ham without water, but they are more expensive. I do eat sausages ocassionally, the only offal I do touch, but I don't touch any that are walls or richmonds etc, so again you have to pay the upper price bracket.

We used to have liver and onions as kids. Never liked it. Just way to rich for me.

I like a nice liver pâté. But that’s generally made with butter or cream, so it’s a bit lighter.

I could be persuaded I suppose depending on whose liver it is and as long as I can wash it down with a nice Chianti ffffffff

I love my local butcher for sausages. He uses natural pig casing…..mmmmm

Just looked up ***gots contents….

pork shoulder and pork liver. Sometimes heart. The hardest part to get would be caul fat(what they wrap them in)

Made me very hungry. Tell I’m a 70’s kid. Lived on mince and spuds and stuff like ***gots when times were hard or good.

It was disgusting in the 70's and it's disgusting today. Only difference is in the 70's you had to eat what was in front of you or go hungry. I'm old enough and can afford to make a choice now. My choice is not to eat 70's shhite.
