Facebook is down, along with Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger, nobody seems to know what's happened.

Downdetector seems to be showing a lot of site outages being reported from about half four. Theregister.com suggests it's from 5pm, and that Facebook had to use their Twitter account to apologise for any inconvenience. Haha.
XDA suggest it may be a domain name server outage as Facebook controls its own "address book". The DNS records that tell systems how to navigate to them has been withdrawn from global routing tables. Clear as mud.
There was something on alternative news last week (not mainstream media) about a facebook whistle blower spilling the beans on their dodgy goings on.
They have a new office cleaner and she pulled the big red plug out so she could plug in the vacuum cleaner.
Each individual message used a map to get from the device it was written on to the recipient, the maps have been burnt and the messages have no idea how to get to where they're supposed to be.
Reminded of the golden days of City Independent when that would go down causing a global crisis on social media, not sure the 2 Ian's ever hit the turnover of Zuckerberg but never thought FB and insta would become as clunky as old CI?
