might be my hearing but on 4 minutes sounds like he said he's the biggest loser in the world - for once i agree with him
How long should we wait?I didn't listen to the manager today Burnsey, but I reckon he's got a point. We're not getting played off the park, and we've played some of the better teams. Then again, when you're bottom, that's rather a big pool. We'll come good, just have faith, it's not as though they're not trying or have lost heart, they're making, but just not taking the opportunities yet. It'll come.
Moaning seems to be a bad habit some have become entrenched in.
I do wonder if some people actually watch what is going on on the pitch before posting their repetitive moans.
it was a filthy night last night, fine football was never an option. We dominated possession throughout and while our lack of confidence means our play can be a bit ponderous, especially when building from the back four, we rarely looked like we would be troubled by Blackpool. Their goal was a good one and came pretty much out of the blue - conceding a goal doesn’t make a team ****, everyone’s at it.
To rescue the match the manager revamped the formation entirely, taking off the misfiring Wilks and playing a regular 442 formation. Blackpool struggled with that, even after we went to ten men, and the equaliser was a fabulous vindication for Eaves.
So. If you think we were crap last night, maybe factor in the passing rain. If you think Eaves is ****, factor in how the club has the treated and marginalised him recently. And if you continue to dribble on about formations, maybe recognise that the manager changed it last night and got us back in the game.
I’m sure McCann will learn from last night - I’d start Eaves on Saturday, exploiting the lift that goal gave him - and a few posters would do well to do the same.
So you’ve already made your mind up about Saturday then? That’s exactly what I’m referring to.that last bit is the problem though isnt it, he wont learn and will start exactly the same on Saturday! if he doesnt , ill hold my hands up , id be happy to see him start Eaves alongide Smith/Klp considering the impact the change of formation had last night. we looked more dangerous in that 10 minutes then most the season combined, the reason we keep repeating our moans is exactly for that reason that he doesnt bloody learn!
based on the past 56 games in the championship , yesSo you’ve already made your mind up about Saturday then? That’s exactly what I’m referring to.

I did watch the game. Yes the weather was foul, for both sides. Most of the possession we 'dominated' was in our own half, passing it about between keeper and midfield with Blackpool looking on untroubled. Yes it's possession but it's doing us no good. Yes he brought Eaves on, and he scored but why wait until the last 10 minutes before doing that when it was clear as day up to that point we wouldn't score in a month of Sundays. Incidentally he didn't bring Wilks off, he did the full 90 for some unfathomable reason. And it was only after Coyle got sent off that the team woke up. Don't tell me McCann engineered that too?I do wonder if some people actually watch what is going on on the pitch before posting their repetitive moans.

Isn't that interesting? I do understand why our manager wants to remain positive , but would love a bit more honest self assessment and recognition of what the problems are. Was still talking in his interview last night about how good it is we have forwards who can play anywhere across the front line.Blackpool's manager seems a little more realistic than ours...

Do they not have to have any homegrown players in their team then?Real Madrid got beat by Sheriff Tiraspol of Moldova at home tonight, that's the equivalent of somebody like Salford beating Manchester City. Top of their group now. Not a single Moldovan player was on the pitch tonight either.
