Macca; Livromento, Stephens, Salisu, KWP; Ely, JWP, Romeu, Redmond; Adams, Armstrong. That's the team.
From Ralph’s press conference it sounds like the medical department are treating JWP with care, following on from his knee injury in pre-season and a stomach problem this week. So probably you should be a little worried, yes.
Yeah, Ralph confirmed it yesterday. Annoying but I'd rather we didn't take a risk with him this early in the season.
Haven't you heard? Along with his captaincy and free kick duties, James is now the official club photographer, so he won't be in pictures that he is taking (apart from selfies, obviously)
I’m just looking forward to seeing some live football, to replace those memories of televised games in empty grounds. A good game would be nice. A win would be even better. An atmosphere would be ****ing marvellous
Need to stop Antonio bullying our back line as he has done so successfully in the past. If we can do that then this should be a decent game that we have a good chance of getting some points from.
Ralph; “When Jack works on his defensive duels and is aggressive there, and nasty, then he is a very good centre-back. Nasty man Jack! Ps. I know what’s going to happen now!
I'm quite looking forward to the Antonio v Salisu duel tomorrow. Salisu certainly has the attributes to contain him, just keeps to keep focused.
