why, have you a short memory? they are base example figures and will never change! …. a bit like Pi [ 22/7 ]
But the end results will continually change..
I thank my lucky stars that I have sensible kids knowing full well they won’t allow my grand kids to be subjected to such a pointless exercise of this vaccination.

People get frustrated because I have an opinion?...Blimey, do I live in the wrong Country by any chance??!!!

onefor, please read what I wrote again. I didn't say people get frustrated at you for having an opinion, we have good chats. I said that's why people get frustrated at the topic, when people post nonsense propaganda and persuade people NOT to have the vaccine. As far as I can tell, you haven't done that, so there's no problem.

I know you're not convinced by the figures but there is an explanation as to why they are correct (excess deaths), and until you can provide an explanation as to why they are wrong then there is no reason to think otherwise. THAT is when it's worth listening to alternative opinions. When they can provide fact.

For all of this talk about science being wrong time and again. It's only ever proven wrong by facts. If you can't provide them, then you have no case.

But the science is not based on fact either Bob.. Statistics and assumptions is what we have. An educated explanation is not fact. like you say, we don’t know when they get it wrong until another theory is given..

If we're nitpicking to that level, then in that case the current accepted explanation has a lot more backing up its 'assumptions' than any other theory, which has zero. Nothing. Not a single thing.

Doesn't mean there aren't any, there could be a million different explanations of our current situation that's not been looked into and just accepting what we are told is fact by a selected bunch of scientists without challenge is ridiculous. IMO it should always be challenged from all directions...
Seems to me though your theory is it should not be challenged by those that are not qualified in that field because it’s quite likely you’re a lunatic.. so it becomes unchallengeable and we just go with what we’ve got!! Will never be my theory, that’s for sure

So you accept that your beliefs are based on the same amount of evidence as that of fairies and Father Christmas being real?

I mean, we shouldn't just accept what we're told, that they're not real, right?

Wow Bob, Really? There's me expecting better from you...
Knowing they were lies in the first place? At least we have people at a certain age level with some common sense, able to challenge those beliefs..(not qualified mind you!!). I'm sure there are those just go along with it!!.:emoticon-0105-wink:

My anti-vax son has just realised he can’t go to Butlins with his girlfriend because he has to be double-jabbed.
We warned him……..
But we can all mingle around a busy pub........A few of my family and friends were out at the harbourside a couple of weeks ago on a hen doo....apparently you couldn't move it was so packed...
It's all a bloody farce mate.

I just watched the "tonight" programme, it's estimated, over 18 months, it's expected to confirm between 30-60 excess deaths alone with cancer patients unable to receive treatment because of Covid.....that's ignoring those dying or left in a serious condition with other medical issues....Treatment waiting lists are through the roof with some having to wait upto 6 years..

OF COURSE THEY WILL... :emoticon-0137-clapp every sample that is tested will be from a dynamic base as more get jabbed they leave the un jabbed pool and pass through 1 jab then into 2 jabs … fact is the immunity affects people differently... at some point the unjabbed % will cease to be a factor? [ should they survive getting covid and get immunity join 4th group ] ......…. they will be dead or have immunity, hopefully There are tests now trying to determine the number [ % ] of people with natural immunity [ my daughter been jabbed] but she went through 43 close family contacts having it and never tested positive.

amazing how your interpretation mixes and match's to your thought process!!!

Not my interpretation or thought processes at all.....It was shown on the Tonight programme, I'm just reporting their findings..Could be complete bollocks. But have to say, seems more feasible than the misleading "of" covid figures that were dished out, which probably included all those other deaths, but registered Covid to add to the list!!

I watched it as well. The most poignant point is the alarming increase in Bristol, whether jabbed or not. Off to Cornwall for 3 or 4 weeks next weekend and there is over 800 per 100,000, worrying.
Family cottage on Lizard peninsula, peaceful, few people and walking is gentle. No Internet and phone signal is poor except on higher ground.
