Vaccine doesn’t pretend to stop you getting it, it lowers symptoms and slows transmission as your antibodies kick in faster.

Also, antibodies on estimate last 6-8 months they saying, hence the plans for booster jabs.

Its like a cold, you can get 2-3 a year.

Rather we sign the young star from the premier League to be honest mate. That will be today too. It's a ridiculously good signing at this level.
I think all the people that are moaning on about not enough signings yet need to actually look at the quality we have brought in. Yes in comparison to some teams we haven't made a lot but look at who we have released and who we've replaced them with.
We've had comments about how the club is a shambles, if they can't see how much more professional the set up we have shows how clueless they are.
I don't think I've been this excited about the future since Quinn and co got out the magic carpet

We have had to have quantity over quality in the past because we chose cheap options of buying players with injury records like Steve O. Having a bulked up squad is fine, if your first 11 aren't mummified on a regular basis

There's a novelty by the way. KLD, Speakman et al may have realised the way forward and to be sustainable is to invest in higher league players and a buy back clause rather than too many loans. People have been saying for long enough that we are acting small time, the club might just be shaking off that tag and working professionally at the level the club should be.
Or its a one off.............. :emoticon-0105-wink:

Things do change, but cant use adam johnson as a comparison. Phillips is in the media and a safc legend he is going to get asked about us all the time. You might agree or disagree with stuff he says but he will always be a legend.
This. He's on a totally different level to anybody else that has ever played for us in my lifetime. His opinions will never ever change the way most of us view him.

One of the greatest ever Sunderland legends. Only 2nd behind Charlie Hurley, for me. I wasn't around for the king but my grandparents made sure I always knew about him and I'll go the same way with my kids telling them about Super Kev and his achievements at Sunderland.

Perspective: football careers only last so long, players want/need to make a living spouting ****e.

Just, trying to imagine myself in SKPs shoes for a second. Got literally nothing to go on, because the club is run tight now, but isn't he obliged by FootCider to pass clueless opinion?

It's lame as ****. All marketing, media, all of it is lame as ****.

I want to say SKP is immune from criticism. But at some point it does start working against them, a la Marco. Maths, eh?

Hence why I hardly ever click on echo links these days.
Pure regurgitated bollox.

Not seen the lad play myself but will be delighted if this comes off. That so many of the Spurs fans are disappointed to lose him on a permanent deal is telling.
Spurs fans I work with really rate him and think he should be pushing to be on their bench despite the likes of Davies already being there behind Reguillon (sp).
Fair play to the lad for being so strong minded in making the move in light of his bereavement.
Looking forward to seeing him play for the lads.

What bereavement was that mate ?
