I used to call people cry babies, when I was about 5 like
They are the ones who put you on ignore when they don't like what you are saying

Yeah summed up nicelyDon’t think I’ve read anyone going full meltdown yet. Few are nervous but accept there is plenty time left in the window to rectify the issue. My concern is, that as the window goes on, things become more of a ‘scramble’ to use the term by Solskjaer today. Pritchard was a cracking signing, and that feels like a very good bit of early business. Maybe it raised expectations. I think we’ll still make a few more really good signings, but I’m not as certain we’ll have the full squad depth needed. Whatever team we have, I hope we batter Wigan, but I would have felt more confident if we’d had a stronger starting 11 already lined up.
Starting the season with a call for patience rather than a stadium clamouring to see a team full of quality signings doesn’t have the same feel, but that’s more to do with the transfer window timings, it should still close before the season starts.
You can be as "concerned" as you like, the fact that you are all judging and crying before the recruitment window has closed is a major embarrassment. Your scenario is as likely as us winning our 1st 5 games with the current squad, then failing to reach the play offs by a point with the new players.
Maybe, just maybe the recruitment team/owners at SAFC know better than you do
Yeah and my point is there is plenty teams that have missed out on playoffs automatics by having piss poor startsDidn't say that did I? Just providing some context to those cry babies saying we can't wait until 5-10 games in before having the squad we want. Nothing is won or lost in the 1st few months. Blackpool had a dreadful 1st half of the season last year.
So, it's a forum so we can air our issues........yet you are telling me to wind my neck in?Whos crying like?? Wind your neck in its a forum thats what places like this are for so we can air our issues amongst fellow fans!
Any player we sign needs to uproot their family, find somewhere to live and then come into the club and get to know Johnsons tactics and fellow team mates etc. Ideally all of this happens in July so the team can start playing to their full potential towards the end of August. Itll be getting towards the end of September before we are up and running with a whole load of games already played. If it was one or 2 players we were needing then fair enough, but we need at least half a dozen signings!
Would you rather we did a Wigan or an Ipswich and sign a load of lads on frees just to fill out the squad, or would you rather wait and get the right players in?Yeah and my point is there is plenty teams that have missed out on playoffs automatics by having piss poor starts
A guess what we both can't prove was this down to poor player recruitment
stop talking sense man, it just doesn't resonate with some. You can be as "concerned" as you like, the fact that you are all judging and crying before the recruitment window has closed is a major embarrassment. Yeah agree with thatI think people are overplaying the extremes of supporter emotions at the minute.
There are certainly a couple ‘any negativity is toxic, no complaining until the window is closed’ types, ditto the ‘toys out the pram, tagging Speakman and Jones in every foul mouthed tweet, KLD is skint ‘.
it’s perfectly normally to be in between and I think some people expressing their concerns are being tallied up into full supporter meltdown.
The full back situation at current is pretty unforgivable, however the rest of the starting 11 is pretty good. We just need some depth and some added sprinkling of quality. Hopefully our new recruitment staff and approach can find some gems in the next few weeks.

They dont see the irony in that, going on like one themselves with puerile, playground insultsYeah agree with that
Just because I raise concerns I'm tagged as a crybaby. We all want best for the club.
I'm not expecting transfer business to be wrapped up by July but certainly do not expect to be going into first game with no full backs
Well yeah we will see at the end of the window I don't think Wigan and especially Ipswich have just filled their squads with any old player I think they have recruited wellWould you rather we did a Wigan or an Ipswich and sign a load of lads on frees just to fill out the squad, or would you rather wait and get the right players in?
Like I keep saying - I will reserve my judgement until the window closes. If we are still playing Winchester and Neill at full back after that, the the club will rightly get criticism
that's gotta sting.
Personal abuse @08:43. A new low, even for you.Abit like your ring piece this morning i bet

Exactly just because you have a different opinionThey dont see the irony in that, going on like one themselves with puerile, playground insults
Wigan had 6 contracted players at the end last season. They have taken a massive gamble on Wyke and most Sunderland supporters had written off Power. Amos is an excellent signing at this level and one I wish we had made. Apart from that, couple of lads from a very average Portsmouth team and the Wigan manager still wants/needs another 6 or 7 players so you could argue they are no better off than us and for people to label them a "promotion rival" is an odd oneWell yeah we will see at the end of the window I don't think Wigan and especially Ipswich have just filled their squads with any old player I think they have recruited well
Stop crying and I'll wind my neck in thenIm telling you to wind your neck in for accusing me of crying. Trust me i have many things i could cry about in life before Sunderland and our lack of signings. I come on here to discuss all good and bad things about Sunderland and right now things arent looking good at all
"gives". Missing question mark. Lost it before 09:00. I hope you're not allowed around knives and matches.Who give a feck what time it is![]()
