Newcastle is a very fine city with a series of majestic bridges spanning the Tyne, great architecture, lively nightlife, and great countryside along the coast and in Northumbria National Park. I know nothing about Nice, except that its climate might be a tad sunnier and warmer.
Nice is a beautiful city, on the Côte d’Azur, a stone’s throw from Monte Carlo and the Alpes Maritimes. I’m not sure Newcastle can beat that!
