I got a lawyer to help me with a 100mph+ offence once. Met the lawyer at Doncaster Magistrates Court, discussed the case, went a bit like this,
him: where were you speeding?
me: M18 heading towards Hull
him: what sort of car was it?
me: err, unmarked Volvo
him: colour?
me: blue, I think, does this matter?
him: yeah, I drive home that way, I'll watch out for it.
He did get me off though.

Never said it does. Doesn't harm Hull City either. He doesn't abide by speed limits and can't drive for 6 months, so ****ing what? He'll have to find another way to get to work.
