sure i posted this before but at college my tutor told me that black and decker had had to put a warning on all their drills telling people they were not to be used for oral/dentistry work after some bloke sued them after he wrecked his gob doing just that. (i have never actually checke dit, to be honest, i thought it was too ridiculous)

it is time our judges were allowed to take common sense into the equation and where there is a complete lack of it, they can kick a case out of court, this 'blame claim' culture we have now is scary.

It's simple, especially in these days of the internet.

The rule of law should be,
"You're responsible, if in doubt Google the f**k*r!!!"

story on 'yahoo' today, two of the rochdale groomers are using human rights to avoid being deported...strange how the law regarding under age girls was completely ignored yet they want to abide by a human rights ruling.

really getting p1ssed right off with this ability to pick and choose which laws you wish to break or adhere to depending on how it benefits you, as i said earlier, you break laws you lose those rights.. simple enough for anyone to understand and no 'grey areas'.

Just been reading about that Rochdale gang one of them said that they "had not commited that big a crime"
Makes your blood boil.

they are using the " we would be Stateless" loophole the same as that isis bride tried

i have always been of the opinion that if you go to another country, whether on a visit or to live, you learn and live by their laws and i just feel others should do the same coming here or be kicked out...break our laws and we will protect the rights of the victims, simples!

After Brexit I became uncomfortable with the new rules, so I left France ...

... As a guest I don't feel I had the right to start challenging their laws.

Pretty simple really.

If Brian Clough was England Manager;
“Young man, young man, what the hell do you think you are doing?
“I’m taking the knee boss”
“Pride Month, it may be, but if you want to come out and present your backside to other men you can do that in your own time.”
“No boss it’s nothing to do with that, it’s about George Floyd”
“The drug addict, American career criminal who pointed a gun against a pregnant woman’s stomach, was he a relative?”
“ No boss, it’s more about equality”
“Equality, 70% of the team is black already..”
“ No boss, it’s more about white privilege”
“ Young man, most of those watching have a working class heritage of grinding poverty, industrial diseases, overcrowded housing and chronic infant mortality”.”You’re swanning around in a car worth more than most of them will ever earn in their lives.”
“But boss the FA are OK with it”
“The FA, that’s why they call them the FA, coz they know FA about football or anything else for that matter”
“But boss the fans keep booing”
“Too right they are booing, you're supporting an organisation that burns the Union Jack at the Cenotaph, the Cenotaph, it’s a wonder, you’re still alive.”
“But I want to make a political statement boss.”
“Then go to Speakers Corner in Hyde Park, I’ll get you a stab-proof vest if you like”
“ But the fans need re-educating boss”
“ If they wanted politics they’d be watching Question Time, they’ve come to see a game of football.”
“ So you’re giving me no choice then”
“Of course you’ve got a choice young man, get up off your knee or give me that shirt back because you’ll never be needing it again.

Crime doesn't create a broken society.

A broken society creates crime. We need to look at the root cause of crime and fix that.

Prison is just ****ing finishing school for people who've already turned to crime.

Prisons are full of repeat offenders. And rehabilitation is a bit of a laugh.

Harsher sentences aren't all of a sudden going to stop crime. Stopping the need to commit crime and teaching about the consequences is going to stop crime.

But then I'm a snowflake.

I think it's a little from Column A and a little from Column B.

Wealthy people are some of the biggest criminals on the planet so social deprivation certainly isn't to blame for that.

Can’t agree with you, you have a path to choose in life, right or wrong. I and many others have been in a position where it would have been far easier to steal, rob & cheat but I chose to knuckle down and work for everything I possess. Far too many scumbags blame society, skin colour, lack of jobs etc etc. There is always a way but unfortunately crime is not really punished anymore hence the reason our prisons are holiday camps. Take a look at the correctional prisons all over America, they are brutal and rightly so, until scum are actually scared to go to prison nothing will change.
I believe a life for a life is a fitting punishment, and that includes drug dealers who peddle their devils deals that ultimately lead to destruction of people’s lives.
