I said when it happened - this was when it seemed like he might die bear in mind - that it's almost certainly the end of his career if he survives. I'm intrigued to see what has gone on with him now which I suppose will be announced in time once they've done tests on him etc. If it was a heart problem, which certainly looks likely as you'd only really perform chest compressions if there was cardiac arrest, then he's done because every doctor will tell him not to play, no club will want him to play for them, and if I was him I probably wouldn't want to play again. It could be that the cardiac arrest was the result of something else of course, but to me it does look like arrhythmia / sudden cardiac arrest. He collapses just after performing a sprint into the box and had previously shown no signs of distress or disorientation so that supports that idea. Anyway, wait and see I guess. Hopefully he can just get back to full health and enjoy the rest of his life, that's all that matters.
