No mate, I'm not sure how they make it, it's wet though so not baked.Do you make it yourself ?
I sometimes get Lavar seaweed off the rocks down here, wash it, dry it and then bake it in the oven.
Lovely crispy seaweed for that umami taste and apparently twice as much Vit C than oranges.
Where did you get Midlands from? You only served that **** up as you’ve got midlanders pissing in a bucket on your drive.
I see you bro.
You’ve said loads of times that your in laws are Baggies fans, so I sort of assumed they were midlanders.Where did you get Midlands from?

To make laverbread, the seaweed is boiled for several hours, then minced or pureed.Yeah, I'm not making Lavabread. Just using the seaweed as an alternative to Kale.
Which I also bake in the oven the same way. Kale is ****ing boring steamed or boiled, but baked in the oven with a dash of salt and it transforms into a lovely crispy 'seaweed' style.

He’s nutted you there like.Okay thanks Fosse.

At least you've spelled it correctly this time.Lol. Talk about making a mountain out of a pile of laverbread.
lol. Anyway what’s it like ? I’ve never had it done the Welsh way. Must admit it don’t look too appetising, but I realise that’s not always an indicator of taste.
And like I say, I love it dried and then baked in the oven.
