You fry it in the bacon fat and it goes so well with bacon, hard to describe the taste as it is unique I suppose there a similar taste to others seaweed dishes and even a hint of spinach, certainly salty and tastes of the sea.

I would have smashed the first one anyway. Love a corn beef pie. My old mum makes a plate pie when I go home, slice hot or cold with a blob of HP/some pickled cabbage.

With chips and mushy peas.
