The timekeeping is the same issue. We're not going to end up with games lasting as long as they'd have to in order to stop timewasting.
Refs aren't going to be adding on 15 minutes regularly or something equally silly.

Make it pointless or damaging to timewaste, as it should be.
I'm sick of seeing keepers running down the clock in the first minute and faked injuries to stop the game.

I have to say PNP has always been very fair with me and is definitely one of the better posters over there.
They do have 3 or 4 that would empty the board in less than a week if ever given a green sash though
