Brighton starting almost with 6 pushed forwards when we have it at the back. They know we are going to try and play out. I’d like to see us go longer for a few minutes to scare them deeper

I think Brighton have made us look 6/10 to be fair. They've been pretty good. But we had a good spell when we scored as well. I don't think Ralph will be satisfied though.

Absolutely. When we've been playing a longer ball we seem to be having more success, we keep trying to play it out from the back and losing possession. Hopefully Ralph points this out at HT

Id like to see us our balls in behind their defence on the angle for him to run on to. This would also have them drop more of that front 6 deeper.

Doesn't have to be touching. Just needs a part of the ball to be over the quadrant, which doesn't look the case there.

Good thing is - Brighton can play better. We can play a LOT better. Depends who switches their team on and makes the smarter subs.

Not surprisingly we look so exposed at the back, our CBS are loosing their men who are so mobile. We need to sort out our passing through midfield, giving it away too much but as we are being pressed we aren’t that good without time and space
