Phillips with the hump. Also came out with some sarcasm about a manager coming in with his own philosophy. Sounds very bitter.

Winchester was class tonight. Some of those passes in the last 15 would be creamed about if that was the Prem.

Cant remember if Nosworthy started off at full back but the Sanderson/O'Nien partnership reminds me of Nosworthy/Evans. Not sure we can break the pairing even when defenders come back.

a few points

O'Nien should think about switching to centre half
Kryil should offer Jones a conditional (promotion) contract agreement now
Try the same with Dion, more difficult i think
Kevin Phillips for the last two seasons with us and still is a twat

It wasn't a flawless performance tonight but it was a great one. It was maybe a goal short of comfortable, but we didn't look in any danger apart from their penalty shout - and that rightly got turned down. Had we conceded then it felt that we had plenty more to give.

For the first time in ages I feel that the next games can't come soon enough.

yes - frustrating that. But I take that as a remarkable complement. It’s like everybody has just accepted he can play anywhere. There’s no such thing as out of position for this kid. He’s intelligent. He’s fit. He’s technically accomplished.

Just a brilliant performance
And he looks comfortable with the ball regardless if it's on his right or left foot. Noticed the last few games how many free kicks he takes with his left foot.
