Would you expect a subsidiary company from the Dryfus group to sponsor the stadium to give a huge boost too turnover mate?

Some of them were gutted when it was pointed out to them that it couldn’t be the same bloke as he would’ve been in prison while running Olympique Marseille. Too much of a coincidence they were saying “ a Russian lawyer called Igor, it has to be him” <laugh><laugh><laugh> An English builder called Dave, it’s got to be him <laugh><laugh>

All of a sudden the 3 points aren’t that important nice to have but it won’t break my heart if we don’t get them, actually I believe if we can get a goal in the first 15 minutes we could hit 4 + fingers crossed.<ok>
 
I think what could be unique about this take over is that the new owner is going to be able to lay his foundations well in advance of hopefully getting back into the prem. he’s also going to have a chance to see what works and learn from mistakes when the consequences are going to be a lot smaller. If you’re taking over in the prem and the financial implications of mistakes are as big as they are, I think a lot more poorer and short term decisions are made (similar to what happened with short) and sustainability is really tough to achieve when you don’t have Man City level money. I know how **** it’s been the past few seasons but it feels like we have a clean slate now and it really sounds like we’ve got the perfect people in charge to take advantage of that.

Not necessarily, being a director of SAFC doesn't mean its a full time job at SAFC, I'm sure the 2 new directors are probably directors of a number of Dreyfus companies. A seat on the board for these fellas will be, I imagine, an advisory role, as and when KLD needs some guidance, or maybe an older and wiser representative at a meeting or a negotiation. The fact they are already within the Dreyfus stable just suggests continuity throughout the group. I think they'll already be well rewarded for what they do, I doubt our football club will be their sole source of income, although I agree they will obviously come at a cost.
