I saw it on Look North a few years ago and it just stuck in my mind. I googled it to try and find any articles and there was a link about it being the 'crack cocaine and heroin capital of the UK' in the local paper the Lincolnite (sorta like our HDM) but when I clicked on it there was a 404 error.
