Just thought I would put up a thread for Cricket as there is a current test tour of S. Lanka then onto India for 4 tests and finish off the year with the start of the Ashes.

Great start by England winning the first test in S. Lanka, both spinners getting wickets, Root getting a double hundred and Dan Lawrence making his mark with the bat in both innings.

Covid permitting i will be going to Sydney for the ashes test there!!

Some home fixtures for different versions too.

Doing a ODI England v Sri Lanka with Askew and Fer Ark in Durham (unless I misread it and it’s South Africa in Durban)

Durham it is, unfortunately couldn’t get tickets for the alcohol free stand as requested...
We may have to partake to fit in!

Planning to get to Scarborough for the Roses match [hotel provisionally booked]. Also four days in Brighton visiting my lad and watching Yorkshire play Sussex.

Both Covid permitting of course.
