The legal charges can stay forever on record. They don’t need removed. They only come into force when an “event” takes place for the charge to then be enacted.

The companies house filings are a matter of legal course. It just has to be done. The companies themselves are just legal entities. This also proves **** all.

Sorry folks but there’s no news here.

I said it throughout and I'll say it again.

The government did not want this to go through

They don't like the idea of Newcastle becoming a hub for Saudi investment.

Takes away money from London and if it was a London club they'd want it.

The trigger event for the charge was withdrawal of the consortium. That is mentioned within the charge itself. Charge over Staveley's assets

The fact that the charge has not been triggered suggests that the consortium has never withdrawn....

I knew I was right.

You see its the bigger picture isn't it... Post brexit any investment up here is investment London doesn't get.

Post brexit plan is to throw the working class up north on the bread line and London will absorb ALL investments from around the world.

They've got to feed that monster

If the Government got involved, England and all PL clubs would be kicked out of competitions by FIFA. Government interference in football matters is prohibited.

Baring in mind I've maintained my stance on this throughout don't you find it interesting that they're hiding something through fear of upsetting the Saudis.

It could be highly sensitive information. It is related to international trade relationships. For all we know, whatever it is that they are freighting to disclose could be linked to the Summit in the middle east. If it became public knowledge it could damage the relationships.
